There is no sexual intercourse of any kind in this film.

A nude man is seen running, his penis is clearly visible.

A man and a woman grope each other in a bizarre manner. Breasts are shown briefly.

A nude woman is shown lying down with her face down on a bed. Her buttocks are visible briefly.

A man's penis is shown whilst he is urinating.

A woman bends over, exposing her buttocks briefly.

A nude man is shown walking in water from behind, his buttocks are shown.

A woman briefly exposes a breast in a non sexual manner.

A woman grabs a man's penis (fully clothed) and exposes her breasts.

A horse/donkey penis is shown fully erect.

A man's abdomen is torn open, his entrails fall out and his beating heart is grabbed.

A pile of corpses is seen dripping with blood and feces.

A dead man's intestines fall to the floor and a young boy picks them up.

Corpses litter an area, many are dismembered and severed heads are seen.

Multiple instances of strong language such as: fuck, ass and shit.

Throughout the 170 minute runtime there is a constant bleak, repulsive, and chaotic atmosphere.

There is constant spitting, snotting, farting, shit/mud smearing and other bizarre behavior throughout. The dirt, blood, filth and mud present in every single frame adds to the chaotic atmosphere.

The violence is infrequent but it is raw and graphic. We mostly only see the aftermath of a violent act. The most graphic parts are towards the end.
