Life on Death Beach (2012)

Chronicles the lives of a group of volunteer lifeguards as they struggle for recognition in their own town, and the patients and therapists at a rehabilitation clinic down the street, who may be able to give more than a little insight into the Lifeguards' precarious and tragic situation through their own battles with Mexican society.
