Welcome to Sarah's World (2012)

After the diagnosis of their daughter with Global Retardation, Esther and Alan Perry have devoted their lives to raising Sarah over the past 23 years. Now, the Perry's are actively searching for places for Sarah to live, a situation made more difficult by the fact that many potential homes have previously rejected her for being too 'high-functioning'. Welcome to Sarah's World is a very personal look into how far family will go for each other, chronicling 23 years of highs, lows, and everything in between.
