Self/less (2015)

A man sleeps with a number of women in a quick montage. Nothing graphic shown. The worst we see is a woman in her underwear shown from behind before the camera cuts.

There's a shootout in a lab near the end, and several men are bloodlessly shot.

A man shoots two other men inside a cell.

A man with a gun shoots through a door and hits a man. The man who was shot survives, but blood mist is briefly seen.

A few corpses are seen in a lab at different times.

There's a violent car chase, a man shoots at another car. He is shot at and he backs into a car chasing him. Two other cars flip and one violently crashes into a tree.

There's a large fight/shootout in a house, and a man breaks a man's leg and arm, and bashes his head into a sink, engages in a long fight with another man, and hides with a woman. Men shoot at them from outside, and the man shoots one man in the leg and chest, and the man who was shot accidentally lights another man on fire with his flamethrower, and another man is shot several times in the chest.

A man pulls a man backward and knocks him out offscreen.

There's a fight outside a building, and a man kicks one man in the face, pushes another one over, breaks another's neck, and is then punched twice. He struggles with the last man, and a woman shoots his attacker in the ear (no blood seen).

The main character takes red capsules consistently throughout the movie. He eventually stops and is seen going through withdrawal.

The house fight/shootout begins suddenly, and is intense.
