In the Pines (2016)

When BJ invites her friends on a backcountry camping trip, she promises a relaxing weekend away from technology-obsessed society. But after a suspicious accident leaves them stranded and fearing for their lives, the friends quickly realize they're not suited to surviving without modern conveniences.
