Early in the film at the clinic there is a brief scene of female breasts on the tv screen. It is non-sexual although the shot lasts for a few seconds. In a news type report, a woman is shown getting out of a vehicle and she exposes her panties. They show this clip a few times and for several seconds.

Later in the film the primary female character is seen naked (but without any actual nudity seen) on a TV type monitor. A few minutes later there is a another shot of 3 women on the monitor and one is seen bare-breasted.

The film isn't necessarily violent, save about 45 total seconds of the film, but there is a lot of blood, as the primary character is infected with a disease that causes him to spurt blood in a number of ways, specifically by vomiting. There is an entire sequence at the climax of the film that has the main character drenched in his own blood due to his sickness.

There is one moment in the film where the main character is cut open and had something forcibly put into his body, but the moment is short but intense.

There is another moment where the main character stabs another character in the lip with a syringe. The scene is short but when the aftermath is shown it is mildly bloody.

Part of the plot involves the flesh of celebrities being cloned and produced in mass quantities to be sold for consumption in butcher shops. Seeing this suppose human flesh being chopped up and sold is gruesome.

Mainly the movie is just extremely intense; it feels bloodier than it is, and it feels much more violent than it is. It's truthfully not terribly violent, although in a medical context the blood is flowing by the end of the film.

Remarkably for a modern film, specifically one made for adults, this reviewer found no profanity in the film, and looked hard for it.

Some alcohol is consumed at various points in the film, but not heavily.

The plot of the film revolves around certain peoples' addictions to being infected with the viruses that previously inhabited celebrities, and it is portrayed in a drug-like manner throughout the film, albeit much cleaner.

The entire movie is extremely intense. It is a sci-medical thriller, and it thrills in spades. The movie is always very intense and at times truly frightening, which is why it seems like it is more violent and adult than the movie actually is.

The main character is very emotionally unattached, and he comes off in a way as to be unsettling.
