To skyladiko (1987)

A driven young girl from the province leaves her small village to move to her singer cousin's home in faceless Athens to study medicine. Instead, against the backdrop of the noisy, cigarette-smoke-filled underworld of the ill-reputed Athenian nightclubs, the unsuspecting country girl becomes fascinated by the seductive microcosm of the night. But before long, she will find herself between a rock and a hard place. Now, her life is out of control. Can she get out of the tight spot?
