This is a mild adult film. There are at least 10 extended simulated sex scenes showing full nudity - though no male genitalia is shown and during the female nudity there are no "closeups" of the female genitalia.

Simulated Sex is probably 70% of the movie with lots of positions, etc.

All sex is single couple, heterosexual. All the male characters have sex at least once with one of the women and conversely the two woman have multiple partners. Particularly, one woman has sex with all four male characters, the other woman has sex with two of the male characters, and several characters have sex with one partner and then proceed to have sex with another partner shortly afterwards.

There are two scenes where a character is killed. In one scene a woman kills a man, and in another scene a man kills a woman. The method of assassination is suffocation. No blood is shown.

A few F's are scattered throughout. But given the nature of the movie, there isn't a lot of extended dialog and little need to dropping profanities.

Several scenes involving casual drinking - usually a glass of wine or a glass of scotch.

the two scenes of murder could be considered frightening or intense by some, but given the intended audience of this movie they will probably not be seen that way.
