Isyan (1980)

In 1970s, in a rural province of Turkey, a beautiful young girl is forced to get married with son of the richest man in the village though she loves another young villager. Family's poverty and father's insistence lead young girl to accept the marriage. The marriage starts conflictions of customary law, moral values and class relations.
