The Textile Heritage Band (2011)

In Greenville, South Carolina, a local volunteer band tries to capture the spirit of the early twentieth century textile industry by putting on concerts reminiscent of historical textile bands. The camaraderie and fellowship among the band members, the instrumentation, and the style of music all point to the historical bands that were popular in the Southeast in the early twentieth century.
