The Utopia Conspiracy (2011)

A hard-boiled detective and his partner attempt to solve a string of murders while wading through a sea of death, duplicity, and treacherous women. At the middle of it all is a shadowy research and development company that operates on the fringe of known sciences, but the plot is far more sinister than the detectives realize, and the real question is, 'What is the Utopia Conspiracy?'
