Reika 15 do no Tegami (2011)

Satomi is a 23-year-old graduate student, majoring in low temperature science. Satomi's boyfriend is in a coma for three months by the accident. Since then she obsessively talks to snow-crystals and keeps drawing 'letters', praying his recovery.
