Ja Bhai Ja... (2011)

Hyderabad-based Chaudhary Kamal Khan's family has owned a Haveli for over a century--which has been illegally occupied by a number of tenants for the last 40 years. Kamal's efforts to evict them through the courts has been successful. However, the tenants, led by Muskaan, have obtained a stay order from the High Court, prompting the landlord to send in gangsters, as well as the police, to force them to move. When these attempts fail, he recruits Gohri, a gangster who specializes in forcible evictions, and instructs him to move into the building as a new tenant along with his two associates. They are to ensure the tenants are forced to move within one month so that he can gift the house to his son. Determined to make a nuisance and force the tenants to leave, Gohri and his associates set about wreaking havoc in the lives of the beleaguered tenants with impunity.
