There is a lot violence and blood spray and explosions and horrific looking demons.

There is some light swearing in this movie (asshole, hell, etc). There was an f-word or two, but it's pretty tame really.

A lot of the demons could be considered to be frightening or intense, depending on how realistic you consider them. There is quite a bit of blood in this movie which people might also find intense.
