In one scene, the husband and wife are both intoxicated and having sex. The husband begins to fall asleep. She hits him and demands that he performs. He passes out completely and she continues the rape as he is unconscious.

A clothed woman mounts a clothed man and thrusts on top of him as they have sex. She hits him in an attempt to keep him conscious and continues sex after he passes out from intoxication.

An intoxicated woman attempts to initiate sex with her sober husband and argues with him as he refuses, using explicit terms.

There are 27 "F*ck's" and a smattering of other obscenities and profanities.

Multiple scenes of alcohol abuse to the point of intoxication. The negative effects are portrayed with lingering detail (sudden bouts of anger, impulsiveness, vomiting), with no evidence of any glamorization whatsoever. During one scene, a highly intoxicated woman ends up smoking crack, and after passing out, she wakes up alone in a strange place.

The film's vivid depiction of alcoholism and the devastation as a result, will probably disturb those who are either recovering alcoholics or have loved ones who struggle with it.
