Popcorn (2012)

Sequoia, a pregnant, middle-aged black woman with two young sons, Donte, her natural born son, and Shane, an adopted white boy, searches for answers to her discontent. A meeting with a New Age palm reader involving Kirlian photography leads her to wonder if her inner-demons are real. If her adopted son is possibly a danger. And if her often-absent husband is the father and man that he needs to be for their family.
