Lisa's Nightmares 5 (1996)

In the final sequel of Lisa's Nightmares, Lisa is terrorized by a phone stalker who threatens her life if she does not answer the killer's horror trivia questions correctly. Eventually, the killer forces her to reveal all of her bizarre nightmares to him over the phone.
