Priorities (2012)

'Priorities' is the story of one man's struggle with government. By no fault of his own, Chris Crisman lives with a developmental disability that leaves him almost entirely paralyzed. He relies on the State of Illinois, the 5th largest state in America, to aid him financially in trying to live a normal life. Priorities illustrates what happens to people like Chris when in the current economic climate, states become increasingly bankrupt and make tough budgetary decisions.
