There is no full nudity, but there is a scene where a nipple gets ripped off, and many scenes of women in very skimpy outfits

There is a ton of over the top gore here. A severed head being dissected, with worms and goo spilling out. A man piercing his own lip with a Swiss Army knife. The tone appears to be reaching for camp, but it just comes across as gross for the sake of gross.

Although unrated, this would be a solid R. It has a good amount of violence and gore and I would suggest children not attend.
