There is a sense of dread throughout a good majority of the film, mostly due to the subject material. The OST also adds to this, being mostly dreary classical music and droned zithers.

The scene where a main character and a friend are beaten can be frightening for younger viewers.

Due to the subject manner and constant dread, this movie is recommened at the earliest for 14-15 year olds.
