Soldiers get crushed underneath large monsters. Not graphic or lingered upon, but could be disturbing to young viewers.

The battle scenes were the most intense. However, I expected more because of the PG-13 rating. I do not recall graphic violence, but rather instances of swordplay, large explosions, and the like.

I did not hear any profanity.

The intense scenes revolved around the battles that took place throughout the movie, and for very young viewers this may be disturbing.
