Sita in de noordzee (1986)

Sita is a Hindu girl from Suriname who lives with her family in The Netherlands. Trying to assimilate to Dutch culture, she looks for a job, while still learning traditional Hindu classical dance and helping with a Hindu wedding. The different cultures, traditions and religions must all confront each other.
