As Mexico celebrates 200 years of independence and 100 years of revolution, this documentary features the lives of several young men and women living in a small town in southwestern Mexico. They experience psychological violence as they battle binge drinking, others must survive love, and a few find a way to leave and embrace other opportunities abroad. This intimate portrait gives us a profound glimpse of what this nation is really going through while it celebrates its culture and traditions.
