The Passing Spirit (2011)

Growing up in an Indian family, it is not uncommon to hear of ghosts and black magic being used to explain unusual occurrences. The Passing Spirit is a feature length cinematic documentary where I revisit a number of people I knew growing up, and ask them to tell me the story of their personal experience. The film is a personal journey and one that explores the culture and identity of British Indians, and how it is changing and adapting with a new generation.
