The Mirror Never Lies (2011)

When Pakis (Gita Novalista), a 12-year-old girl from the Bajo tribe in Wakatobi district, wakes up before sunrise, she immediately takes a canoe and goes to Sandoro's place, a fortune teller in her area, with her friend Lumo (Eko). Sandoro performed a ritual using a mirror, where the surrounding community believed that with a mirror they could see what they were waiting for. But the ritual failed, Pakis could not find the shadow of the person she was waiting for the most, her father.
