My Last Day with You (2009)

Chad, a recent college graduate stuck in a dead end job and burnt out on love, has an affair with Ashley, a sixteen year old girl who inspires him and becomes his muse. Their summer love is cut short when Ashley falls suddenly and mysteriously ill leaving Chad to rediscover his own passion for life.
