Opening scene is of David masturbating in a room (he's donating sperm). He later learns that, due to multiple donations, he is the biological father of 533 children.

One of David's children is gay, and is shown kissing a man in the city bus.

David's friend tells him he can't have decent erections anymore.

David owes money to loan sharks, who show up several times in his apartment. In one scene he even holds a baseball bat for his own protection when he thinks they're coming again (they're not)
