Bane Kerac's City Cat (1992)

Carol Connor, scratched by an experimental cat and then exposed to sigma radiation, becomes the superhero Cat Claw. She lurks on the roofs of Central City looking for men who will prey on women. Once spotted, she is an invincible avenger.
