Babushka (1979)

Babushka is a charming nativity story based on the birth of Christ, featuring Mary and Joseph, The Three Kings and Babushka, a kind and caring lady who cared for the Three Kings in her own home, whilst seeking the new messiah. Babushka was produced in 1979, and starred Donald Swan along with many young actors who played the main roles including The Three Kings and villagers. The production first aired on BBC 1 in December 1980.
