A Little Off the Top

This short is about a deranged hair stylist who styled a famous actresses hair in the past. According to a news paper clipping that they show he abruptly stopped doing her hair. They then show the the actress tied to his chair and as keeps talking to her about what a horrible person she is he proceeds to scalp her. The end
