Inherent Vice (2014)

A woman calls in another from a different room and they begin to start kissing and one of them proceeds to perform oral sex on the other behind a counter(no nudity). Lasts about 36 seconds.

In a scene in which a man and a women have sex some thrusting is noted, but no sensitive areas are seen during this sequence. Subsequently, she comes out of the room naked, with a few seconds of full frontal nudity, and proceeds to tell the man to "have her as if she was a Manson girl". The latter part of the scene is quite lengthy, but majority of time female nudity is limited to the upper body.

Masturbation and oral sex are implied in a few other scenes.

Bigfoot beats up Doc in a rough manner, this scene is shown more than once and is in slow motion.

A police officer pushes Doc rather violently, causing him to fall on the road.

A man is comically knocked out after being hit from behind. In the next scene, he wakes up next to a dead body with a moderately graphic bullet in hole in its head. Lots of blood is beneath his head.

Doc is hit with a baseball bat (offscreen) and then hung upside down on a pole. The attacker states that he's going to give him a lethal injection and then walks out. Doc escapes the pole, grabs a hard tile, and then hits the attacker repeatedly with it when he comes back in. He then gives the attacker the lethal injection (stabbing him in the neck with the syringe). Almost directly after this, another man walks in and Doc grabs a gun and shoots him twice, a puddle of blood is beneath is body. This whole scene is the only occurrence of graphic violence in the film.

Fair to say though the story shows the detrimental effects of drugs, so does not promote or encourage their usage.
