There is a still image of the main character, "violating" a blue haired girl her clothes are ripped and showing her breasts. At the end of a duel the same blue haired girl's clothes are ripped and she's laying on the floor showing her breasts. More nudity of the blue haired girl in her room after the duel, mostly breast exposure.

In episode 2 there is a severed head in a glass.
