A Call and an Offering documents Pilot TV: Experimental Media For Feminist Trespass, a temporary autonomous television studio built in Chicago in 2004. Weaving together footage of projects made at Pilot and interviews with participants and organizers, A Call and An Offering invites a make-over, take-over of television for collective resistance.
