Horror Thriller

While on a business retreat, Sam has a premonition that he, his co-workers, boss, and several other people will die in a horrific bridge collapse. When his premonition ends, he tries to make everyone get off the bus. Only some of his co-workers, along with his boss, leave. Shortly after, the bridge collapses. Everyone thinks that they are safe until the survivors start dying. It is now up to Sam to try to find a way to prevent anyone else from dying before it is too late.

She escapes from the machine, but she steps on a teddy bear's plastic eye on the floor, slips, and crashes through a window. She lands on the windshield of a car with a small amount of blood. Her other eye pops out, rolls on the street, and gets run over by a car.

A fire starts in a room where a man is receiving acupuncture; the table he is lying on collapses, pushing all of the needles into his body, he gets up and pulls one out of his chest. As he does this, a shelf with a Buddha statue is on top of it becomes loose. The Buddha statue falls on his head, smashing it.
