Fat Away

Fat Away is a humorous take on the American exercise video. The protagonist is a middle-aged Korean-American woman who leads the viewers through her daily exercise regimen. The regime includes her first experiences on a swing. As she explains in the video, as a child, she fell off the swing and was then perpetually afraid of the activity, until one day, many decades later, across an entire ocean, she looked at the swing again and 'it looked really good.'
