Kokuhaku (2010)

Some bullies force a girl and a boy to kiss in class by holding their heads and pressing them together, not very sexual and is done fast.

Some kissing scenes, however, you can not really see them kissing, you only see a boy getting close to a girl to kiss her.

In the beginning of the movie, the teacher states that she confiscated the CDs of a student. You can see that the cover of the CD is a sexy girl, however not naked, she is wearing a bikini and it is a very fast scene.

A little girl is killed by two students.

A mother attempts to kill her son, same son kills her.

Girl is murdered by her boyfriend.

Woman dies in explosion, boy tries to blow up his school, briefly shown in his mind but his attempts fail in real life.

Some bullying, little child attacks his mother. Two people cut their wrists and hands.

Not over-the-top gory in general, but there is some violence that can be considered pretty disturbing to some. There's blood, but the deaths aren't really depicted in an explicit manner. Blood is seen covering some people, but it's done tastefully.

Some uses of the words fuck, bitch, damn, shit, hell, etc. Not used too excessively, though.

A boy talks to himself while crying and says he doesn't want to die because he did not even get to kiss or have sex yet.

This is a physiological thriller, that has an eerie, intense, sometimes disturbing and frightening feel to it throughout the entire thing. Wouldn't be classified as horror, but is pretty suspenseful.
