This film is about a marriage with challenges including wife cheating on her husband and husband getting happy-ending massages while abstaining from sex with his wife, and there are sexual overtones throughout.

A scene shows Geneva and Zip kissing passionately, then later at his apartment having sex. They are seen undressing (we see Zip fully naked from the back for a brief second, and Geneva's bare legs and torso) kissing, groping, and Zip carrying Geneva around while kissing her. These are through the eyes of a nervous Ronny's video camera, so the scene is shaky and blurry.

It's implied Ronny and Beth live together, unmarried. They kiss passionately on the floor (but then get back up so no sex is implied), and Beth is seen alone in bed, most likely naked (we see bare shoulders).

There are plenty of sexual jokes throughout, such as having sex with someone's words, banging a brain, cheating, virginity, gays, masage therapy, and a character who most likely watches porn.

A rather violent fight ensues between Ronny and Zip after Ronny sees evidence of Geneva having sex with Zip. They smash furniture, throw things, punch and kick, and Ronny makes a flamethrower he threatingly blows at Zip. Zip then smashes Ronny's car with a baseball bat, and does the same to Ronny. Ronny's face is bloodied after this fight.

Ronny recieves rashes after falling into a bed of poisonous plants.

Nick socks Ronny in the face, and then knees him in the crotch after he learns the truth.
