Broken Frame (2010)

Broken Frame (the movie that took 22 years to complete) is a movie with three chapters. Detective Joe Mancuso is out to get a serial killer. He soon becomes ensnared in a web of his own making. The movie ends with Deconstructing Broken Frame.
