Hocus Pocus XXX (2010)

There are 3 sisters who also happen to be witches. They draw their magical powers from sexual energy. The townsfolk got tired of the sisters corrupting their villagers so they hung them but not before the sisters had time to cast a magical spell that allowed them to return on Halloween and possibly forever if they could find a Virgin to draw enough sexual energy from to gain enough power to make their return permanent.
