In Keep On Steppin', the filmmakers travel with a dance company, founded in Harlem, of women aged 74-86, as they undertake a challenging schedule of performances in New York City visiting community and senior centers. On the way we learn the Steppers inspire each other and their audiences to 'keep on steppin' as they confront the issues of physical aging, the death of husbands and the inevitable tragedies of life.
