You Can't Kill Stephen King (2012)

There is almost no nudity in this film - just two very brief flashes of bare breasts.

A girl runs screaming through the woods wearing only a crop top and panties.

A porn enthusiast and creepy virgin steals a peek at a well-endowed (but clothed) cleavage. This leads to a discussion about staring at boobs.

The girls quickly strip down to their skimpy bikini tops when arriving at the lake. One of them flirts with a man and the camera zooms in on his view of her bikini-clad cleavage. A girl is hit in the face with a shovel. No gore seen.

A man's throat is cut - we see blood flow from the wound and his mouth. Police later say they haven't found his face yet. What they have found is in several body bags. We see his intestines in one bag and his severed bloody arm in another.

A girl is repeatedly struck with a hammer. We don't actually see the blows land but we do see blood splatter on to the foliage. Blood is later seen on her body and on the hands, neck and face of some of her friends.

A severed head is seen.

A girl's body is found with a mouth full of sand.

A woman threatens to stab a man in the throat. She later votes to club him over the head. A man threatens to bash another's brains in.

A man is tied up and gagged.

A girl is attacked. She fights back with a knife but falls from a barn loft and is seen landing heavily on the ground. Blood is seen near her ear.

A man is attacked, knocked to the ground and kicked in the stomach and punched.

A man is hit over the head with a shovel.

A man is stabbed in the back. The bloody knife is seen.

There are a couple of uses of fuck and fucking in a song playing on the car radio.
