Rojo (La sangre que derramaron nuestros héroes) (2010)

At the end of the school year, 11 year old Magdalena is informed she is a candidate to become the flag bearer for her school. Through the exploration of her family life, her awakening to puberty and the observation of her environment, Magdalena attempts to find her own identity and the relationship that this has with the collective identity of all Mexicans.
