Suicide Notes (2013)

There is no nudity (or sexual situations) in this film. Even though the character, "Naked Director Don Paulson" is never seen wearing clothes, the director (and camera-man) manage to humorously shoot him in several different ways from several different angles (using conveniently placed props) so that you know (with the help of the other actor's hysterical reactions) that he is indeed in the buff. But we never see anything, other than a sliver of bum cheek throughout the entire film.

Surprisingly in a film called SUICIDE NOTES there is very little violence/gore. Yes, two of the characters do actually kill themselves on camera, but it is not done distastefully. There is little blood and most of the shots are centered on the other's reactions instead of the dying individual. This is a satire/comedy and the little violence there is on camera, is more thought-provoking than shocking. Yes, the scenes are for sure squirm-inducing, but not because of the gore.

The vulgarity in SUICIDE NOTES is minimal. There are a few harsh words, but most are used for comedic purposes.

There are no drugs or alcohol in this film. A few characters drink wine and/or champagne but no-one gets drunk and it never is an issue or even a topic of converstation. A few characters do smoke cigarettes on camera.

There are two suicides in the film and they are both shown not only on camera, but they are staged in a theatre before an audience. These scenes are intense but not frightening.
