Tens of thousands of Europeans travel every winter with their mobile homes to Morocco, like birds drawn southwards. Most of them belong to a generation that upheld the European work ethic: home, car, family and work until you drop dead. Suddenly these goals are questioned. Was the sacrifice worth it, if children don't care about the house? Or if at 50 you can't work anymore, are not allowed to or don't want to? Among them there are German female workers and Finnish managers, they come from different countries and social classes. Now they settle in remote trailer parks, on municipal camping lots to live the dream of freedom and permanent vacation. Many have sold their houses to buy their mobile homes or given away the things that meant so much to them. They spend the year in their mobile homes. Sheltered from the cycle of the seasons, from aging and form social obligations at home. A reflection of European society concentrated on Moroccan camp sites.
