A scene of implied sex, a woman bathing and breastfeeding are all handled sensitively, but a short scene of a woman topless while changing her clothes feels slightly out of place. Scenes where a pregnant woman is being examined by her GP also leave an uncomfortable impression.

Not frightening but acutely disturbing. I enjoy horror films, but this is on another level and left me in tears.
