A man silently wraps a metal wire garrote around another man's neck, slicing his neck (we hear the sound of slicing flesh) and then drops the body to the ground where a large puddle of blood is seen collecting around a woman's shoe; she shouts in horror.

A man whips a metal wire garrote around another man's neck as the man tries to stab him with a scalpel, the man gags and falls to the ground, we hear a gurgle of blood and see a small line of blood on the dead man's neck; several people are later seen at the crime scene where the dead body is covered by a sheet.
