Christmas Heart: A Mother's Story

That night, Katie is stricken with heart failure and Gabe is there to call 911 to save his mother in time, but Katie is now in need of a new heart to survive. A heart is found for Katie and a pilot from Virginia named Joe Denison teams with an organ transport specialist, Bobby Taylor to get the heart to Philly before a huge blizzard hits the city.
