Unspoken (2009)

Three students, Josh, Billy and Andy, live and work together in enclosed accommodation. Slowly, as one of the three begins to act strangely and detaches himself from the group, suspicions of drug abuse arise. As tensions escalate, each of the young men find themselves questioning each other's motives, culminating in a deathly end that none of the three could ever have predicted.
