The production of Latin American cinema is unknown even for Latino Americans. The "tariffs" (Aranceles) imposed by the distribution put in jail any creativity and virtuosity of the most inventive and realistic cinema in the world. Aranceles is a panorama of Latin American cinema seen from a prison, where the Latin American movies are incarcerated.
