Men attempt to rape a woman, a man walks out of a "prostitutes" house, a man motions to a woman to "join him" in his tent (against her will).

A brief glimpse at some nude people playing cards with bare breasts seen.

Though there is a ton of blood and gore, none of it is particularly visceral or "gnarly", though it can be highly disturbing due to some of the circumstances.

Blood everywhere. Lots of spurting, spitting and dripping gore from victims and vampires, especially in the beginning. the worst is a stake through a vampires eye. Some victims are shown covered in blood and dying. A baby is visibly killed by a vampire (though it's not very graphic). Lots of gun shooting and staking of vampires with knives and sticks. Not just vampires are killed, human characters both innocent and evil, are killed by other humans (nothing enormously graphic).

Every typical profane word is used several - lots of times by a variety of characters. It isn't overly excessive, but it's in there.

character chain smokes throughout the film, characters drink beer/alcohol for recreation a few times. No apparent drunkenness.

The movie is very bleak and has many frightening moments where "main' characters are in jeopardy. Lots of vampire and human attacks.
